Eastern Washington ready to get back in the win Column

After a brutal September schedule EWU will play FCS teams only the rest of the season. The eagles (swoop) started off the season with a win vs Tennessee State. Then went on the road to face Pac-12 Oregon. The following week they hosted Montana State the National runner-up. Next they traveled to Gainsville to face Florida on a Sunday. Now this week they go on the road to face Weber State and next week they will host a tought Sacremento State Team that beat FBS Colorado State on the road. If EWU can come up with 7 wins by the end of the season they should be able to make the playoffs.

MVFC quick Preview 2025

  North Dakota State won the National Title in 2024. The MVFC was very competitive in 2025. South  Dakota had a great year. It was a shock to see Bob Nielson retire after such a good year. Things will definitely be different in Vermillion without Coach around.  After the 3-way tie for first place, Illinois State also had a pretty good season in 2024 finishing with 10 wins. The Valley is always an exciting conference to cover and I can't wait until August to see these teams get after it. The Southland 2025

  UIW finished a perfect 7-0 in the conference in 2024. Incarnate Word continued its hot streak in the conference with their high flying offense. Southeastern Louisiana came in 2nd place at 6-1 with an overall record of 7-5. UIW will be the favorite again in 2025 unless someone can knock them out of the driver's seat of the conference.
